WOMAN BEAUTIFUL \\ Growing towards loving our bodies as they are
Although it is possible to love our bodies as they are, this isn't the experience for most of us. There is always something we could change, something we feel we should hide - or so we're told. We didn't get to feeling shame or dissatisfaction with our bodies on our own, and we won't get out alone. In this seminar Hillary will share about her journey towards loving her body through recovery from disordered eating. She will present her own research and information about how body image develops and how we can heal it, and provide practical skills to change the way we feel about our bodies. Come and learn how to see all of you, including your body, with delight, freedom, and joy. (Casual and comfortable clothing is encouraged at this event.)
Saturday, April 7 9 AM - 4 PM
Price: $45 (includes lunch)
Last day to register is April 4th, online by midnight.
